Cybersecify is a founder-led security services team based in Bengaluru, working with startups internationally. We are small and senior by choice. If you are exceptional at offensive security, we would like to hear from you.
A Lean, Hands-On Team
We focus on offensive security: penetration testing and compliance readiness. Both founders are hands-on and personally involved in every engagement. There are the people who scope an engagement are the people who run it, and no junior analyst runs client work behind the scenes.
We are early-stage and lean. This is not a big open-roles board. We hire opportunistically, taking on exceptional people when the fit is right on both sides, rather than filling seats to hit a headcount target. If that sounds like your kind of place, read on.
Three Tracks
We take on people across three tracks, opportunistically, when we find someone who raises the bar.
Intern
For students and early-career people who want to learn offensive security or GRC by doing real work alongside the founders. Structured, mentored, and honest about what you will and will not get to touch.
Contractor
Project-based work for experienced testers and consultants who want to plug into engagements without a full-time commitment. Clear scope, clear deliverables, senior peers.
Full-time
For people who want to help build a founder-led security firm from the early days. Rare, and only when the fit is right on both sides. We would rather wait than hire to fill a seat.
The Bar
We keep the team small, so the bar is high. Here is what we look for by area.
Pentest
Strong hands-on offensive skills. OSCP or equivalent practical proof. A portfolio we can look at: writeups, CVEs, CTF results, disclosed bugs, or public tooling.
Compliance / GRC
Real delivery experience on SOC 2, ISO 27001, or DPDP work. Not just reading about frameworks, but having taken a client through one.
Everyone
Clear written communication and a bias to ship. We are a small, senior team. You will own your work end to end, so being able to explain it in plain writing matters as much as the technical depth.
